One in a Million

I just finished doing a bible study by Priscilla Shirer called One in a Million and I learned alot! It takes you through your journey with the Lord in the wilderness then to the promise land. This is a list that was in the back of the book that I need to keep with me at all times...

These are some characteristics of a believer experiencing abundant life in Christ.
*Senses and acknowledges God's continual presence (Ps.139:7-10)
*Is led by the Spirit of God (Rom.8:14)
*Recognizes and tears down strongholds (2 Cor.10:4)
*Separates physical & spiritual abundance (Luke 12:15)
*Lives free from a lifestyle of sin (Gal. 5:1)
*Shows evidence of conformity to Christ's image (Rom.8:29)
*Has confidence in her standing of righteousness before the Father (Rom. 8:1)
*Casts anxiety and worry on God (1 Peter 5:7)
*Gives thanks in spite of difficult circumstances (Phil. 4:6)
*Counts suffering for Christ as a blessing (1 Peter 2:19-21)
*Displays divine power in weakness (2 Cor.12:10)
*Senses God's comfort and hope (2 Thes.2:16)
*Has confidence to draw near to God (Heb.7:25)
*Lives as an alien and stranger to this world (1 Pet. 2:11)
*Hears the voice of God (John 10:27)
*Discerns the guidance of God's Spirit (John 16:13)
*Believes God can supply her every need (Phil.4:13)
*Is open to receiving the gifts given by God's Spirit (1 Cor. 12:4-7)
*Recognizes & utilizes her spiritual gifts for the edification of Christ's body (1 Pet.4:10)
*Displays the fruit of God's Spirit in her daily living (Gal.5:22-23)
*Experiences consistent joy & peace (John 15:11)
*Recognizes & utilizes God's spiritual armor (Eph.6:10-18)
*Desires to know and do God's will (Jer.29:11)
*Expects that God is able to do more than she can ask or think (Eph.3:20)
*Anticipates seeing the miracles of God (Gal.3:5)
*Is content with what she has (Phil.4:12)
*Confesses sins & believes they are forgiven (1 John 1:9)
*Values connection with the body of Christ (Acts 2:46)
*Pursues unity in the body of Christ (Eph.4:2-6)
*Forgives when wronged (Matt.18:21-22)

Hope these help refresh your mind of all that our gracious Lord has made available to His precious Children.

Baby Boy #4

We have added baby boy #4 to our family! 7 pounds 4 ounces of pure delight. He has adorable brown eyes and is so fluffy!
Fenway Kenney
We finally got our puppy Fenway on Friday and he is wonderful. After we had to put our dog down in June I have been trying to be patient to get another dog but I am a huge dog lover and I have really missed not having one at the house with me. We had Grizz for 7 years and its just weird not having him here. So Jon and I talked and wanted to get the boys a puppy for Christmas but the weekend we talked about it we found a litter that had just been born and so we just went ahead and got him now so the boys had their Christmas this weekend! Of course we will get them each something small and their Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents will spoil them at Christmas but Fenway is their big gift.

He has done so well adjusting and I am LOVING having him!! I cuddle him and am training him to be a momma's boy! He is so sweet and I am so thankful to have added him to our family. Of course it was another boy! I don't mind a bit!! I am now out numbered 5 to 1 and I think it's awesome!

I will add more pics but they are all on Jon's and I's phones.

Weekend with Grandma

This weekend my Aunt Marsha and Grandma came in town from KS to come watch the Air Show. My Grandma loves planes and so she had to come watch the Blue Angels. We had a great time with them and Jeremy and Brandi also came in town so our whole family was together. They all came out to watch the boys play soccer Saturday morning then we went to lunch and headed to the Air Show. After that we had everyone come to our house for dinner. Here are some pics from our day. I love the ones of the boys with their Great Grandma! She is 93 so its very special to me that my boys get to spend time with her!!
